Michael founded GILGAL Physical Therapy with the vision for quality physical therapy, emphasizing the importance of individualized and comprehensive care. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree from Southwestern University, he earned his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Dominican College, NY. With his special interest in sports rehabilitation and balance training for the geriatric population, Michael specializes in:

Dr. Byeungguk Lim
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Byeungguk holds a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Utica College, NY and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from Yonsei University, South Korea. During his training he gained an abundance of knowledge and clinical experience allowing him to evaluate and care for a diverse complex patient population, and creating a specialized orthopedic therapy incorporating both electronic and manual elements. Prior to joining GILGAL Physical Therapy, Byeungguk has served as Head Physical Therapist at various renown hospitals in South Korea such as Gyungbuk Rehabilitation Hospital and Yonsei-Seoul Hospital.
Dr. Hyeok Jegal
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Hyeok holds Doctoral, Master's, and Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from various institutions throughout the world. In particular, Hyeok extensively researched abnormal function analysis as a part of his Master's and Doctoral training and devoted his time researching patients with musculoskeletal system damange as well as facilitating rehabilitation of patients with central nerve damange. During his clinical career, Hyeok speciliazed in providing care for patients in need of surgical preparation as well as those in need of rehabilitation following a surgery. Hyeok has also served as university lecturer with concentration in Physiotherapy at various institutions.
